Recently got into kite surfing and absolutely loving it. Thinking about taking a little trip to get some more experience. Got my eye on Croatia, the pictures I've seen are just incredible. Anyone got the lowdown on kite surfing out there? Best spots, times of year to go, that kind of thing? Would love to know if anyone has any experience with this. Cheers.

You know, I've heard that the seagulls in Croatia have a union. You definitely want to avoid taking their jobs - they need to catch those winds too!

If I'm honest, isn't kite surfing perilous in Croatia due to unpredictable winds?

Turns out, it's not as dodgy as you might think. Sure, winds can be fickle, but with a bit of planning and checking the local weather forecasts, you can score some epic sessions. Loads of kite surfers have positive experiences in spots like Neretva and Bol, when they time it right!

Heard mixed reviews about the wind consistency over there. I'd be keen to find out if there's actually enough wind for a solid session, or if it's kinda hit or miss? Any local insights?
