Had a bit of a stinker the other day while travelling on public transport, never had such an experience before! Was just wondering if any of you happened to know how I could give them a piece of my mind? I mean, is there a specific process to lodge a complaint or give feedback about the service? Any info or steps would greatly helpful. Cheers!

Absolutely! One more idea: ever thought of local government? Transit is their domain after all. Maybe drop a word or two to a local official or even write to your city council. Could draw the right amount of attention to get things sorted. Anyone got any more bright ideas?

Good shout! Local newspapers or TV stations can also be a good go-to. They love a good story and it could further pressure for improvements. How about that then?

For sure! Don't underestimate the power of a good old fashioned petition, either. Because if enough people are miffed and sign, they're gonna have to take notice, right? Any more outside-the-box ideas, folks?
