Anyone know the frequency of the bus services going to major tourist spots? I'm kind of new around these parts and still feeling a bit lost. I just want to check out the cool places and don't want to be stuck waiting around at the bus stop all day, you know what I mean?

I totally get where you're coming from, but here's the thing. From my experience, the frequency of these bus services can vary quite a lot. It really depends on the location and time of year. Some buses around major tourist hot spots run pretty often, like every half an hour or so, but then there may be times, especially in off-peak seasons, when you might be waiting for over an hour. Planning ahead really helps but, honestly, I just wish it would be more consistent. Also, the timetable can sometimes be a bit unpredictable, which is quite frustrating when you're trying to fit a lot of sight-seeing into a short trip. Can anyone else relate to these situations?

Consider downloading some local transit apps. They tend to have real-time updates. Saved my skin more than once! You guys found any good ones?

You know, whilst we're on the topic, another thing that's been a game-changer for me has been bike rentals. Some places have bikes available right on the street; you just need an app to unlock and pay for them. It's usually not too expensive, and you get to see the sights at your own pace. Beats dealing with a bus schedule! Anyone else tried this out?

Bike rentals are really an unsung hero! Plus, you get the added bonus of some good exercise. Who says staying fit while traveling isn't possible?
