Totally get what you're going through. It reminds me when I vacationed with my imaginary chameleon, Kameleon King. You'd think being invisible he wouldn't get into too much trouble, but oh boy! So, to add to the great advice already given, did anyone mention charades? Sometimes you have to use your best acting skills to get your message across. Remember that miming a dog barking or a cat purring is a universal language! But jokes aside, just try your best, people are usually understanding when they see you're making an effort, even if it's not perfect. Anyone else got tales (or tails) to share?
